I'm Dominik. I run Digital Footprint on my own, and I'm not from a technical background.

For years I've worked full-time operating a CNC folding machine, on a late shift, while spending my mornings with my son before school. Digital Footprint started because I got properly interested in what AI could actually do for small businesses — not the hype version, the practical version — and I wanted to build something that could eventually let me spend more time with my family, doing work that actually helps people, instead of trading hours for money forever.

I think being non-technical is part of what makes this work. I had to learn all of this the plain-language way myself, which means I explain it the same way to you — no jargon, no assuming you should already know this stuff. If I can't explain something simply, I don't think I understand it well enough yet, and that's a standard I hold myself to.

I'm not interested in selling you AI for the sake of it. I'm interested in you getting an honest answer, even if that answer is "you don't need me."
